Rental Information and Pricing
The Kent-Valentine House offers an exclusive feel to every event. From its grand entry with crystal chandeliers and parlors adorned with period antique furnishings to a state of the art meeting space, it is truly a unique setting to hold any social gathering or business meeting.
The first floor includes a large kitchen with complete chef's amenities, three parlors, a large dining room and a bright sun porch with a magnificent view of the magnolias. The third floor meeting room is equipped with conference equipment and wireless technology. Audio visual equipment is available for a minimal fee.
Option 1: First Floor Parlors,

120 guests for stand-up reception with limited seating or 60 guests for a seated luncheon or dinner

100 guests seated theater style or 50 guests seated classroom style

In an effort to protect the original hardwood floors, dancing is not permitted in the Kent - Valentine House. However, the rear courtyard is spacious enough to accommodate a large tent with dance floor. There is no extra charge for the use of the courtyard when renting any part of the Kent-Valentine House. The Kent-Valentine House is handicapped accessible.
Security is required for all events starting after 5:00 p.m.
The cost is $45/hour with a 4 hour minimum.
